Our Process
Three Stages of Filtration
Every job runs through our proven 3-stage process — engineered to deliver clean, dry fluid that meets the demands of critical industrial equipment.
Stage One — Bag Filter
A bag filter element rated at 1 micron nominal captures bulk particulate contamination, protecting downstream elements and extending overall filter life.
Stage Two — Pleated Paper Element
A paper pleated filter element rated at 2 micron absolute removes fine particulate with high efficiency, delivering consistent cleanliness across every pass.
Stage Three — Final Polishing Element
A paper pleated element rated at 0.5 micron absolute provides final-stage polishing to the highest cleanliness levels — suitable for ISO-rated hydraulic systems and precision equipment.
Water Separation: Water separation is handled based on fluid type: diesel fuel filtration includes coalescing water separation meeting MIL-SPEC requirements; when water is present in oil, removal is performed via absorption filtration.
